JOSHUA MUSOKE SIGNS NEW DEAL AT EXPRESS.

Joshua Musoke has agreed a two – years contract extension with Express Football Club.

Musoke renewed his stay at the club he joined in 2019 from Teranova soccer Academy mainly because the new Express FC Head Coach James Odoch affirmed to the club management that he is one of the young stars on whom he wants to build his foundation, going forward.

In the season he joined Express FC, the 24 –year-old featured in 18 games; scored one goal and also made one assist.

In the following season, they was need for Musoke to have more playing time which he didn’t have at Express FC and thus the move to Proline Football Club on loan in the second round of the 2021/2022.

While at Proline FC, Musoke played scored 1 goal, assisted 3 times in 12 games.

After inking his deal, offensive Midfielder spoke to the club media www.expressfc.co.

“I feel very honored and thankful that I have been considered an important part of next season’s team.

“I love Express FC and I am going to work so hard that as a team we archive big things.”

The Head Coach, James Odoch also had a comment about giving Musoke more time.

“Joshua is a young talented player who is discipline both on and off the pitch,” Odoch said.

“I have been following him even when we loaned him out and he is a player when given a chance will grow into a big player,” he added.

Express FC are in a state of reorganizing after losing a number of players, notably  defender Murusid Jjuko; midfielders, Godffery Lwesibawa and Mahad Kakooza and forwards, George Ssenkaba and  Eric Kambale.
