2021/2022 Stanbic Uganda Cup winners BULL Football Cup have been drawn against Future Football Club of Egypt in the first preliminary qualification round of the 2022/2023 season CAF Confederation Cup.

BULL FC who will be making their maiden appearance at the continental stage in the second biggest inter-clubs football competition won their the ticket to this stage after defeating Vipers Sports Club 3-1 in the final of the 2021/2022 Stanbic Uganda Cup.

BUL FC's opponents Future FC gained promotion to the Egyptian Premier League lady season are also debutants at this stage and their qualification to play at the preliminary qualification round was just through a nomination by Egyptian Football Association.

The winner on aggregate over two legs between BUL FC and Future FC will face off with either Buffles Football Club of Benin or Kallon Football Club of Sierra Leone.

Action in the preliminary round will kick off on Friday. 9th. September .2022.
