The game started at a terrific pace with the hosts pressing high and looking to run in behind and it was no surprise that they scored 3 goals in the first half of the game.

James Odoch named a strong attacking line-up in Sekyanzi Faizal, Allan Kayiwa and Anwar Ntege for the contest at Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku and he was rewarded with a victory as Boban Zirintusa grabbed a double. The other two goals came from Faizal Ssenkyanzi and Anwar Ntege.

Midfielder Ssenkyanzi opened the scoring for the Red Eagles from a rebound in the 9th minute; with the earlier shoot on goal coming from Enock Ssebagala.

With their dominance in attack, Express went on to add two goals from Boban Zirintusa.

The forward's double hit on target came in the 31st and 41st minutes thus placing the Red Eagles in a comfort zone going into the  interval.

After the break, Paidha Black Angles started on a high and tried to break loose Express FC's defence but it was all in vain.

As they tried to get to the end of Express, Anwar Ntege sealed off a solid win in the 79th minute strike, making it 4-0 for the hosts.
