KHALID AUCHO SHIFTS CAMP WITHIN EGYPT.

Kingfut.com reports that Uganda Cranes midfielder Khalid Aucho has completed a move to Ittihad of Alexandria from Misr El-Makkasa in the Egyptian Premier League.

The 27-year-old midfielder is said to have signed a two year contract from Misr El-Makkasa a team he joined last year from Churchill Brothers in India’s second division.

At El-Makkasa, the Ugandan midfield “General” made only 21 appearances and scored only two goals in all competitions.

At Ittihad, Aucho joins fellow Ugandan Cranes player Emmanuel Okwi and becomes Ittihad’s first summer signing as the club looks to strengthen their squad for the new league season.

Aucho has had stints at Jinja Municipal Council Football Club, Water Football Club and Simba Football Club in Uganda, Tusker Football Club and Gor Mahia Football Club in Kenya; Baroka Football Club in South Africa; Red Star Belgrade and OFK Beograd in Serbia as well as East Bengal and Churchill Brothers in India.

For the Uganda Cranes, Aucho has made 45 appearances, scoring two goals.
