The games for the 48th edition of the Stanbic Uganda Cup for the round of 16 stage are now known to the football followers and they will feature a number of delectable fixtures with the most much anticipated ones being the clashes between Star Times Uganda Premier League sides.

In some of the awaited games between Star Times Uganda Premier League sides; Solitilo Bright Stars Football Club who eliminated KCCA Football Club at the round of 32 will be at home against last year’s finalist BUL Football Club. BUL lost last year’s Stanbic Uganda Cup final to Vipers SC.

In the other clash of top flight giants; Wakiso Giants FC will be facing UPDF FC at the Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakiso while Onduparaka FC awaits another Star Time Uganda Premier League rival in either Express Footabll Club or Sports Club Villa who are yet to play their round of 32 fixture.

The surprise package that still stands in Stanbic Uganda Cup this season is TIPSA who will be taking on Booma Football Club away at the Masindi Municipal Stadium.

TIPSA’s surprising journey into the round of 16 started when they eliminated Star Times Uganda Premier League new comers Arua Hill at the round of 64 and followed it with another shocking defeat over Star Times Uganda Big League side Kitara Football Club at the round of 32 stage.
