TRANSFERS: PHEOBE BANURA JOINS SHE CORPORATES FROM UCU

2021/2022 FUFA Super League Champions She Corporates Women Football Club have completed the signing of defender Phoebe BANURA.

Banura joins the reigning FUFA Super League Champions from UCU Lady Cardinals and becomes the second addition to the team so far.

The announcement was made official through the club Facebook platform.

"We are delighted to confirm the signing of Banura Phoebe from UCU Lady Cardinals who becomes our second addition of the summer," the statement read.

The left back comes in at the time when the Sharks are preparing for thier continental engagement in the CAF Women Champions League where they will be as Uganda's representative.

She joins Jonita Ainembabazi a former forward with Rinnes Women Football Club.

The Sharks also added CAF 'A' Licenced tactician Ayiekoh Charles "Mbuzi" to the team as Head Coach.

Ayiekoh will be in charge of the team during the forthcoming CECAFA Women's League Zonal Qualifiers that are slated to be played in Tanzania from which the region's representative at the CAF Women's Championship League will be picked.

 Ayiekoh needs no introduction in the game of football as a coach. He comes in with a wealth of experience having coached at Maroons Football Club Kirinya-JinjavSS Football Club ( now Busoga United FC, FC, SOANA Football Club, Police Football ,Water Football Club,Wandegeya Football Club, Bunamwaya Sports Club,Horizon Football Club ,URA Football and Makerere University Business School Team ( Regular Soccer and Beach Soccer).
