BUL Football Club Forward Joseph Semujju said that it is every player’s dream to lead their team to winning major trophies.

 The Forward has called upon his teammates to get ready to bring home glory ahead of the Stanbic Uganda Cup against Vipers Sports Club.

Semujju told the club media_ www.bulfc.co.ug in an exclusive interview:

“It is time to win a trophy for BUL FC,” Semujju said.

“Let us give all we can on Sunday. Victory over the venoms will set our ground running and may determine how the team may perform next season,” he noted.

Speaking about the semi final tie against Express Football Club, the forward said:

“They labelled us underdogs against Express FC but we surprised them and we are going to shock them again. We are now more spirited, more energized and fired up more than burning coal,” Semujju noted.

The 24 year old called upon his teammates to put Vipers Sports Club his former team to the sword come Sunday. 26th. September. 2021 at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.

“Winning the Uganda Cup will mean a lot to us as players and the team in general,” Semujje remarked.

Semujju also revealed that he was fired up to play a Cup final against his former bosses. He played for Vipers SC between 2015 and 2017.

BUL FC who played with only 13 players against Express FC received good news and will gladly welcome back Richard Wandyaka and Simon Peter Oketch who missed the semifinal tie because of suspension as well as Captain Walter Ochola and Hamis Tibita who have recovered from their respective injuries.

The winner will pocket will Ug. Shs. 50M while the runners’ up will take home Ug. Shs. 20M.

BUL FC will be playing their first ever Uganda Cup Final while Vipers SC who have won the Cup once in 2016 and will be playing their fifth Cup final.

Vipers Sports Club 2 (Caesar Manzoki x 2) – 0 Police Football Club.

BUL Football Club 1 (Owen Mukisa) – 0 Express Football Club.
