Kenyan National Team players join Namuwongo Blazers.

Namuwongo Blazers Basketball Club have confirmed the signing of two players from Kenya.

The NamBlazers unveiled and welcomed new additions to their setup as the team runs the final race of finishing in a decent playoffs position in the National Basketball League.

The new additions include the big Forward Ariel Okall who is a member of the Kenya National Basketball Team and teammate Ken Wachira.

While unveiling their new league partners Flutter Wave who have injected nearly Ug. Shs. 70.000.000/- million , the NamBlazers used the same opportunity to also reveal that both Okall and Wachira are joining the team on a mission to help the Namuwongo based team to challenge for the NBL champions with the ultimate goal of winning it and thus stopping City Oil Basketball Club who have won it for the past seven seasons.

Upon being unveiled, Okall went to his Twitter platform and wrote; 

"Glad to be here, Happy to be part of the Namuwongo group."

Namuwongo Blazers are currently 4th on the NBL logo with their next game coming against reigning and NBL record champions City Oil on Friday. 15th. July. 2022 at the YMCA court.
