In a shocking turn of events, Ugandan football is rocked by a series of unclear happenings involving signing players, foreign coaches, and clubs facing licensing troubles. The drama unfolded in a whirlwind of unexpected developments, leaving fans and officials alike scratching their heads.

The Signing Players Scandal:

One of the prominent players caught in the midst of the controversy was Bright Vuni , a talented defender known for his incredible dominance. However, stories surfaced on social media showing Vuni reaching agreements with URA FC before moving to UPDF FC. He left Arua Hill after mutually terminating the contract citing unpaid 8 months of labor.

Amidst the local signing player's sensation, foreign players named Joao Gabriel(Brazil), Gui Cungulo(Angola) and  , 𝙇𝙪𝙞𝙯 𝙊𝙩𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙤 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙨 𝙙𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙖𝙪𝙟𝙤(Brazil) made headlines when clubs released a full-fledged unveiling messages on their media platforms. 

The Dramatic Hiring of Foreign Coaches:
Struggling to secure a top position in the league, the prestigious KCCA FC brought in a Portuguese coach, Sergio Traguil . Expectations are high, but soon after his appointment, Sergio promised to deliver and alleged dedication and club and its management. 

Defending champions, Vipers SC also unveiled another Brazilian coach- 𝙇𝙚𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙤 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙉𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙖 to replace Alex Isabirye who resigned earlier this month. Leonardo  comes in with vast experience at the African continent.

Club Chaos - Licensing Deadline Fiasco:

With the league's licensing deadline fast approaching, rumors started swirling about the financial instability of several 15/16 clubs. One of the most successful clubs in the league, SC Villa, was shockingly among those that failed to meet the licensing requirements.

This revelation sent shockwaves through the football community, and authorities  imposed a 2 million  fine and even demotion from the league.
